Refund policy

90-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have 90 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

How to request a return

Email us at contact@trystronix.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 24 to 48 business hours with instructions and the return address.

Please don't send anything back before you receive our instructions. We can't process returns we haven't authorized.

Conditions

The product must be returned in good condition, with all its accessories and, if possible, in its original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense, unless the product arrived damaged or defective, or isn't what you ordered.

Damaged or defective products

If your product arrived damaged or defective, email a photo to contact@trystronix.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send you a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we've received and checked your return, we issue your refund within 5 to 10 business days, to the payment method you used for the purchase.
